In this opening session of the SPOKES conference, we will learn a couple of quick evidence-based ways to control your body’s stress response — allowing it to work for you instead of against you. We will also apply these strategies with a real-world challenge in mind.

Hear what attendees in the 2020 Summer SPOKES event had to say:

I liked that Privacy was folded into the current events that are happening in the country. This made the sessions more relevant and real.

Speakers in the breakout sessions were clearly industry experts and had very practical insights.

The speakers were PHENOMENAL! By far one of the best conferences I’ve ever been to. Being from South Africa, we don’t get exposure to speakers like that and it’s prohibitively expensive to travel overseas for a conference, so the digital format opened this up to us. I LOVED it – thank you so much!
